Project Description
Each floor was designed as a semi-independent unit for a different generation of the same family, connected by a shared stair and a communal roof terrace.
Structural bays were kept consistent across all three levels to simplify construction sequencing.
Design Approach
A central stair core doubles as a light well, bringing daylight into the middle of a narrow urban lot.
Each level has its own kitchenette and entry sequence while sharing a single roof terrace for the whole family.
