Project Description
Working within a standard subdivision lot, the design uses a double-height living volume and a single large operable window wall to make a modest floor area feel considerably larger.
Cost-efficient repeatable detailing made the design suitable for future sister units on adjacent lots.
Design Approach
A compact footprint is offset by verticality — the living and dining volume is opened up to the roofline.
Openings are placed to maximize cross-ventilation despite tight lot lines on either side.
