Project Description
A modest civic commission was treated as an opportunity to demonstrate that public infrastructure deserves the same design attention as a private residence — natural ventilation, durable finishes, and clear circulation.
The facility was designed for low-maintenance operation by the local barangay.
Design Approach
Durable, low-maintenance materials were prioritized over decorative finishes.
Passive ventilation removes the need for mechanical extraction in a public facility with intermittent use.
